Plant Breeders' Rights and/or listing
The process of including a new variety on the national list or for obtaining national Plant Breeders' Rights, proceeds in stages. These stages differ slightly according to which group of crops is involved. The information per crop group is therefore given separately.
It is not always entirely clear if a certain crop is classified as a field crop or vegetable crop. Uncertain?
