Foundation's board
The board of Naktuinbouw is appointed by the Sector boards. The chairman of the Foundation's board is appointed by the Dutch minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. He holds an independent position, enabling him to take well-balanced decisions, and presides over both the foundation's board and the sector boards. The board is assisted by a secretary.
The demanded supervision with regard to the Seed and Planting Materials Act 2005 is executed by Mr M. Valstar on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation.
